Pricing Schedule for Handyman Services eff. Dec 1st, 2010
Residential Winter Rates:
$199 Half-Day (9 AM to Noon or 1 PM to 4 PM)$349 Full-Day (9 AM - 4 PM)
Commercial & After Hour* Rates:
$99 Service Call (Min. Charge $159)Additional hours billed at $60 an hour
*Work scheduled in the evenings after 5 PM or on Saturdays
Emergency* Rates:
$149 Service Call (Min. Charge $199)Additional hours billed at $90 an hour
*Unscheduled work that needs an immediate response, or requires working on Sunday's or major holiday's
Residential Summer Rates:
$249 Half-Day (7:30 - 11:30 or Noon to 4 PM)$449 Full-Day (7:30 - 4 PM)
Estimate's
Estimate's: We will gladly give you a free estimate of your project over the phone or email based on the information you provide. Most tasks that might require an estimate and appraisal of the situation are not tasks that a handyman should typically be called for & should be handled a contractor skilled in that arena. In most cases we can easily knock out a small list in half a day, while a larger list might take up to a full day.
Additional Charges
Charges above are for labor only, additional charges apply for materials, travel to pickup materials, any needed permits or other legal fees.
